These terms cover your use of Stock Ticker Hats and any purchase you make. By placing an order, you agree to them.
What we sell
Stock Ticker Hats (CashtagCaps) sells novelty embroidered apparel — hats. Stock ticker symbols, company names, and any market data shown on this site are used decoratively and for novelty purposes only. We are not a financial service, broker-dealer, exchange, or investment product, we offer no financial or investment advice, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any stock exchange or any company whose ticker symbol may appear as a design.
Orders & acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order (for example, for a suspected error, or for text we can't produce). Because items are made to order, see our Returns & Refunds and Shipping pages for how production, changes, and delivery work.
Custom designs
For custom-text hats, you're responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to use it. We may decline to produce text that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that impersonates others. The customizer shows a preview of your design before you buy.
Pricing
Prices and shipping are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and may change over time. The price you're charged is the price shown at the time you complete your order.
Limitation of liability
Our products are sold “as is” for novelty use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
