The short version: we collect only what we need to make and ship your hat, we never sell your data, and we don't store your card details.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping address, and email address. If you contact support, we keep that correspondence so we can help you.
Payment information
Payments are handled by our payment processor on their secure, PCI-compliant systems. Your full card number never touches our servers and we do not store it.
How we use it
We use your information solely to process and deliver your order, send order and shipping confirmations, and provide support. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share only what's necessary, only with the partners that fulfill your order: our payment processor (to charge you) and our print-and-fulfillment partner, Printful (to embroider and ship your hat). They're permitted to use that information only to perform those services.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or request that we correct or delete it, by emailing support@stocktickerhats.com. We'll honor reasonable requests, except where we're required to keep records (for example, completed order/tax records).
