We stand behind every hat. Because each one is custom-made, here's how returns and refunds honestly work.

Made-to-order items

Every hat is embroidered specifically for your order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse — the same way a custom-printed item can't go back on a shelf. Our caps are one size (adjustable strap), so sizing isn't a concern.

That said, we want you happy with what you get — so the cases below are always covered.

We'll fix it: defects, damage, or our mistake

If your hat arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered(wrong ticker, wrong color, a stitching flaw), we'll replace it or refund it — your choice. Just email support@stocktickerhats.com within 14 daysof delivery with a photo of the issue and your order details, and we'll take care of it. No need to ship the item back unless we ask.

Order changes & cancellations

Caught a typo or changed your mind right after ordering? Email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't entered production yet, we can usually change or cancel it for a full refund. Once it's in production we can no longer stop it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. It typically takes a few business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit after we issue it.
